Hospital Sisters Healthcare, a faith-based healthcare provider with 14 hospitals, successfully launched their new shared service center effective September 1, 2015. The new shared service center provides Accounts Payable and Purchasing services across the organization’s facilities.
Brian G. Rosenberg and Nathan Jobe from The Rosenberg Group (TRG) have been working with the healthcare system since the beginning of this significant transformation. TRG provided advice and hands-on assistance at every stage of the project and led numerous activities including process design, staffing models and hiring, change management, project management, master file design, training material development, metrics design, and training. Working closely with the HSHS team, TRG guided the implementation of software tools for the service center including Peoplesoft, Service Now, Hyland On-Base, Hap-X. TRG also created a cash management strategy that includes a variety of payment solutions which will provide millions of dollars in savings to the healthcare system.
