Courier Route Optimization

Project Overview:

Activated New Heart Tower

Project Overview:

The New Heart Tower opened on time with no supply chain related distributions.  Throughout the project TRG was able to identify cost discrepancies and over/under shipments of materials saving over $200,000.

Vendor Master Build & Enrichment

Project Overview:  

TRG managed all clean up and enhancement activities related to bringing a large number if different Vendor Master File to a single File used by all facilities in a multi-facility IDN as part of a new Peoplesoft deployment.  TRG’s consulting team applied best practice business rules, removed duplicates, and enriched data by collecting missing information and validating information with the IRS, USPS, and OIG.
